Raw, unpolished ideas. Created during CAPTURE operation or as the first step of INGEST when owner drops an idea without a full source.
Filename
YYYY-MM-DD-slug.md — date-prefixed to track when the idea surfaced.

---Content Guidelines
- 1–5 sentences. Do not over-polish.
- Raw is fine — the point is capture, not completeness.
- Add a
[[wikilink]]if an obvious existing permanent note connects to this idea.
Lifecycle
Fleeting notes are temporary by design. They either:
- Get promoted to a permanent note (owner decides)
- Get discarded (owner decides)
- Stay as-is if the idea doesn’t grow
Do not auto-promote fleeting notes to permanent without owner asking.
