Reasoning Errors occur when the agentic system generates an incorrect plan, selects an inappropriate tool, or misinterprets provided information despite having adequate input. These errors are internal to the model.
Recovery
These errors typically cannot be resolved through retries. Recovery requires modifications to the prompt, refinement of the context window, or escalation to human review/intervention.
